Locksmith is made by Lightward, and we'd rather exchange value in good energy than squeeze it. The suggested price is our best guess at what feels fair for a store your size. You know your business better than we do.
How do I ask for a different price?
Email team@uselocksmith.com with the number that feels right and a few words about why. A person on our team will reply. If we can meet it, we will. If we can't, we'll talk about that too.
Is there a price for nonprofits?
Yes. Stores on Shopify's nonprofit plans have a lower suggested price. Install Locksmith to see yours.
What happens when the trial ends?
Shopify starts billing your plan's price every 30 days. If you uninstall during the trial, you won't be charged.
